-WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES ARE SAYING-

“I chose Wentworth-Douglass Hospital because of the teamwork and positive attitude that I witnessed when I was a student and LNA here. Out of all the hospitals I have been to throughout my education and life I have never seen an organization that had such a strong support system amongst staff members. Another deciding factor for choosing Wentworth-Douglass Hospital as a new grad is the three month precepted orientation that had follow-up for a year that helped me to settle into my role as a new nurse. I love that when I come to work, I am surrounded by people who care about the patients and their outcomes. The staff at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is supportive and helpful so even on a busy day there is always someone there to help. ”
