We are looking for an outpatient Primary Care Advance Practice Provider to join one of our outstanding patient practices.
Supportive practice model including Behavioral Health support, Nursing, Case Management, Pharmacy and more
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner BSN program; Documentation of successful completion of at least 60 contact hours within
the most recent licensure period, 4 of which must be in Pharmacology as defined by the New Hampshire and or Maine Board of
