Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is hiring for a Behavioral Health Manager. In this role you will oversee clinical aspects of the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of a comprehensive, collaborative interdisciplinary outpatient practice and hospital crisis behavioral health teams. While also providing consultation to staff nurses, medical staff and interdisciplinary colleagues.
This position will provide education to individuals, families, groups and communities to promote knowledge, understanding and optimal functioning across the wellness-illness continuum.
Our Behavioral Health Manager conducts behavioral health assessments, providing behavioral health counseling and resource referrals.

Qualifications
We require five years of experience in a behavioral health setting with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience, along with demonstrated ability as an effective change agent.Knowledge of effective strategies in evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery with a focus on quality and safety required.
Master’s degree in relevant behavioral health field such as social work, marriage and family therapy or mental health counseling with appropriate NH state licensure, LICSW or LMFT or LMHC or LADC or Psychologist or psychiatric APRN.
